The FSCC Alumni & Friends Association

Alumni and Friends Association

The Fort Scott Community College Alumni and Friends Association was organized in 1983 to promote the welfare of Fort Scott Community College through the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships among alumni, students, parents of students, faculty, and friends of the college by:

  • promoting a spirit of loyalty and fellowship
  • providing a channel for the flow of information, needs and wants of the college and alumni
  • assisting in publicizing programs
  • helping to interest prospective students in the college
  • giving support to the Foundation

The Alumni and Friends Association functions as a part of the Foundation office. The Association maintains a computerized database of names and addresses of alumni since 1919 and publishes an alumni newsletter, The Legacy.
