Fort Scott Community College has a variety of musical activities for students. Students need not be music majors to participate in the events; however, they must have permission of the director.
Members will perform at collegiate and community events. Scholarships are available through the FSCC Endowment Association for the Music Department. Scholarship applications are due by April 1 for first priority!
Opportunities at FSCC:
The Fort Scott Community College Orchestra includes students and members of the surrounding communities. Directed by Greg Turner, the symphony performs a concert in both the fall and spring semesters, frequently in conjunction with one or more choral ensembles.
