BROCHURE OF EXPLANATION: A brochure explaining food offerings, programs, meal times and policies will be given to each resident diner. The brochure also is used for orientation and perspective student visitations.
WELCOME LETTER: Each semester the local food service director will welcome dining students to the campus and provide information pertaining to their dining program. A special event calendar for the semester will be included.
CAFETERIA COURTESIES:Great Western will provide a framed sign detailing prescribed student behavior in the cafeteria. We want all customers to be sensitive to the rights and courtesies of meal patrons.
ORIENTATION RETENTION PROGRAM: The campus dining Director will take an active role on the student orientation team to review the campus dining program. Campus dining surveys will be initiated each semester.
ON-SITE RESPONSE: The local campus dining Director will have the authority and flexibility to make decisions pertaining to campus dining and respond to your immediate needs.
CAMPUS DINING COMMITTEE: A regularly scheduled meeting with Dean of Students, Director of Residence Halls, students and campus dining staff will be held to discuss likes and dislikes of campus dining, plan food related activities and schedule special meals and events.
UNLIMITED SERVINGS: Contract students will have access to unlimited food including salads, vegetables and desserts. All entrees and specialty bars will be dispensed in unlimited amounts, except for premium entrees.
STYLE OF SERVICE: Self serve and cafeteria style of service will be used for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner except for special buffet meals.
IDENTIFICATION OF MEALS: Participants in the dining program will be required to provide proper meal plan identification before entering the cafeteria. |
