Overview
The FSCC Counseling Department provides professional, confidential academic advisement. Students may receivehelp with enrollment, tutoring services and other common needs to the college student. The counseling offices are located in the Academic Building and are open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Who Needs to Meet with FSCC Advisors?
To fulfill each student's academic needs it is recommended that all students meet with an FSCC counselor each semester. However, all of the following students MUST meet with an FSCC counselor: first-year, transfer, and high school students. Also, students that are on financial aid probation or suspension, students enrolled in developmental courses, and student-athletes. This is done to ensure that theacademic needs and goals of each student are being met.

Student Privileges
FSCC students have access to an online resource in Campus Connect. Students will be advised and then will enroll in the specified courses themselves. To ensure that eachstudent is making satisfactory academic progress, FSCC counselors will periodically check to see if their students are enrolling in the outlined courses. Students that do notenroll in the courses outlined with their counselors may have their Campus Connect privileges revoked. Students are expected to seek the advisement of the FSCC counselors and notify them prior to any alterations to class schedules.
