How can I become involved?
Fort Scott Community College has a variety of musical activities for students. Students need not be musical majors to participate in the events, however, they must have permission from the director.
Members will perform at collegiate and community events. Scholarships are available through the
FSCC Endowment Association for the Music Department. Scholarship applications are due by April 1 for first priority!

Jazz Band The Greyhound Jazz Band performs one-hour tour programs at area high schools in Kansas and Missouri,
as well as at FSCC banquets and senior visitation days.
Fort Scott Civic Symphony Both students, and members of the surrounding communities can participate in the Fort Scott Civic
