FSCC Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice Department at Fort Scott Community College offers academic training coupled with real world practical training for students pursuing careers as criminal justice professionals. The Criminal Justice Program provides a varied and flexible curriculum, small classes, faculty who provide individual academic attention, and a fun learning environment.

Students may complete a two-year program and receive either an Associates of Science Degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, or an Associates of Applied Science Degree. In addition, students also have the option of receiving a Certificate in Criminal Justice through an intensive one-year program of study.

The Criminal Justice Department offers a flexible curriculum to serve the needs of the entire student body. In addition to traditional day and evening courses, students also have the option of taking online courses.
