Fort Scott, KS – Fort Scott Community College (FSCC) held the first
of three seminars for prospective students on June 5. Additional seminars will be held on July 8
and August 1. July 8 runs from 10 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. and August 1 runs from 11 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.

application process, moved on to how students can pay for college, and finished
with presentations from FSCC’s diverse system of student services.
Attention was also
paid to the possible programs of study. “FSCC is one of the most affordable
colleges in the area and offers a diverse selection of degrees and certificate
programs such as nursing, associate of science and arts, cosmetology,
agriculture, construction trades, John Deere, HVAC, truck driving, Harley-Davidson
and much more,” said Student Success Coordinator Russ Souza.
