Meats Judging Team received Reserve Champion Team in the A-Division and won Beef
Grading and Total Beef divisions at the Southwestern Intercollegiate
Meat Judging Contest in Fort Worth on Feb. 2nd. A total of
nine teams competed. Nikki Harris, Natalie Hill, Lane Johnson and
all represented FSCC at the competition.
