4/17/2008 -   Phillip Butler signs with FSCC
Phillip Butler, a senior from Coffeyville, Kansas has signed to run track at Fort Scott Community College. Phillip attends Field Kindley Memorial High School and will compete as a short sprinter and jumper for the ‘Hounds next year.
