All-Americans
The American Meat Science Association names 8 All-Americans each year for their efforts in both the classroom and judging.  The eight are picked after their cumulative GPA and their best 3 places in the 6 contests are entered into an equation.  The grade point average is weighted at 25% and their performance is 75%.  In 2004, 2005, and 2006, FSCC can proudly acknowledge 3 of the 8.
