This is Mike Chandler's third year coaching, and first at FSCC.

Chandler has been a wide receivers coach at Colleton County High School, Walterboro, South Carolina for the 2005 and 2006 seasons.

Chandler played at every level of professional football, including training camp for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a wide receiver. He played for two different Arena teams and played in Canada.

Chandler attended the University of Kansas were he received his Bachelor's degree in Economics. He played football at Kansas for four years and was the co-captain and MVP his senior year. He twice led the team in receiving and was academic all big 12 in 1999.

Chandler was a three sport letterman in football, basketball, and baseball at Piper High School, in Kansas City, KS. In high school he made all conference on offense and defense three years, and was all city offense in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Chandler set 17 school records while in high school.
