Assistant Coach


Brad Stroud begins his second year on the Greyhounds staff. He will serve as the pitching coach and will also be involved in recruiting, field maintenance and off season conditioning. He joins the staff after a a two-year stint at Pittsburg State University. He earned a bachelor's degree in management from Pittsburg State in 2004 and his master's degree in physical education in May of 2006. He has spent the last two summers as the assistant coach for the Nevada Griffons of the Jayhawk Summer League.

Stroud was named to the MIAA All-Academic Team his senior season and the Frontenac, Kan., native was a three-year member of the MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll. Brad and his wife Charli were married on 7-7-07 and reside in Fort Scott.
