About Agriculture at FSCC
The purpose of the FSCC Agriculture Department is to provide students with the basic skills and knowledge needed in different sectors of the ag industry. The curriculum suggested is for students planning to transfer to a four-year institution as well as those who plan to enter an agricultural career upon completing the FSCC two-year program.

Suggested Agriculture Curriculum

We offer several specialty classes, that teach hands-on skills, each spring such as Principles of Horseshoeing. If you have any questions about the agriculture program at FSCC, contact Agriculture Instructor Ryan Edgecomb.
John Deere and FSCC team up
FSCC offers a two-year diesel mechanics program at our campus in Frontenac, Kan. This program allows students interested in diesel mechanics to obtain a two-year associate’s degree. If you have questions about the John Deere program, contactcontact John Deere Instructor Tony Maurer.

FSCC Offers Agriculture Activites
There are several agriculture related activites at FSCC for students to participate in including Aggie Club, Livestock Judging , Meats Judging and Horse Judging.
